To begin, simply go to the contact page and title your email "Custom Inquiry". Be sure to leave a good contact number, from there we'll get going!
Step 1: Phone Consultation & Preliminary Sketches
Hop on a phone call with the courtier herself! Here we'll talk about your vision and what you want in the outfit of your dreams. Some points we'll definitely discuss will include:

***AT THIS POINT: Our atelier will begin preliminary sketches. A deposit for the project will be put down (50 up/ 50 down) after our consultation and you'll receive 3 different direction of sketches within 5 business days to pick from. You can request as many sketches as you would like but any sketch after 3 will be an extra additional cost ($50 per sketch). This phase typically takes 1 week.
Step 2: Pick sketch direction, Finalize details & Create sample
At this point, you will have picked 1 of the 3 sketches to base your design off of from the description given in the phone consultation. We will finalize the details to make sure it's exactly what you want. From there our atelier will build a sample of the final piece in a white muslin fabric that will be sent to you to try on. ***AT THIS POINT: The garment will be close to being finalized. This step typically takes about 2 weeks to complete.
Step 3: Final Garment
And just like that, the outfit of your dreams is complete! The final garment will be made approximately 1 week after the sample has been gone over and finalized and will be sent in the iconic MEZ box. We're so excited to help make all your fashion dreams a reality! Don't for get to send us pictures of you rocking your new fit so we can put you on the 'gram!

This is NOT fast fashion. Once we have our initial phone consultation, time will be blocked off on our calendar to create your one of a kind piece. PLEASE block out at least a one month time frame. Shipping and design changes can cause all different types of delays and we don't want you put in a stressful time crunch.
IF it is an absolute fashion E-M-E-R-G-E-N-C-Y, we would still be happy to discuss your vision and fit you in to the best of our ability, but please keep in mind rush fees will apply.
